Our Breakfasts
Our breakfast is scratch-made and fresh using only the finest ingredients – locally sourced and organic whenever possible.
We are happy to meet any dietary needs and restrictions – please just let us know!
Hood River Coffee Roasters provides beans for our house coffee; our kitchen also boasts an espresso machine for your cafe beverage needs. Locally brewed kombucha from our neighbors at One Breath Beverage is also available.
Whenever possible, the food and beverages we share with our guests are sourced from local and/or small businesses. Your breakfast is intended to be unique and connect you with the bounty, community, and richness of Hood River and the Columbia River Gorge. When you stay at the Inn at the Gorge, you experience the finest this area has to offer.
Weather permitting, we serve breakfast on our beautiful sun-dappled back terrace and on our elegant wrap-around front porch. Guests find our breakfast a joyful and inspiring start to their day. We cultivate a causal environment with excellent service.
In addition to serving breakfast, we enjoy using this time to understand your interest and make suggestions for how you can most enjoy your visit to the Gorge. Of course, before during, and after your visit, we’re always available to help you with questions and tips about the area – that’s what we’re here for!
We serve breakfast from 8 – 10 o’clock, but can accommodate to-go needs, or times that are slightly earlier or later.
Sample Breakfast:
- Starter: premium parfait including grass-fed organic yogurt (or appropriate non-dairy substitution), granola, chia seed, flaxseed, berries, cacao, and honey
- Main: spinach & mushroom frittata with smoked gruyère cheese; apricot & rosemary scone; bacon; local micro-greens
- Coffee, tea, espresso, kombucha, juice
