Cancellation Policy

For direct bookings made through the Inn at the Gorge or on innatthegorge.com: All changes to reservations made, including changes to party number and requests for special accommodations must be made by calling 541-386 4429.

Full refunds will be issued to the original method of payment for cancellations made at least 15 days in advance. There is a $30 fee for processing cancellations. Payment is required in-full for cancellations within 15 days and no-shows. Our non-refundable rates are not refundable. Travel insurance can be purchased through third-party providers to cover your loss-of-use in instances of illness or other life-change events that may affect your ability to use your reservation. The Inn at the Gorge does not provide or purchase such coverage on your behalf.

Reservations made through third-party websites, including but not limited to Airbnb, Expedia, and Booking.com may be subject to cancellation policies as appearing on those sites. The Inn at the Gorge is unable to influence or adjust the cancellation policies for reservations created through third-party sites.

Terms & Conditions

Rates are for double or single occupancy. Suites can accommodate four-5 travelers. Please make sure to accurately indicate the number of travelers in your party at the time of booking. Please communicate via telephone (541) 386 4429 in a timely manner if the size of your party changes. An accurate forecast of party size will ensure your accommodation is prepared upon your arrival. Alterations in party size with less than 24 hours notice can usually be accommodated but may incur a surcharge.

Two-night minimum stay May through October as well as Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s holidays. However, sometimes we do have single nights available. Please call if you would like us to check a specific date.

Special rates for extended stays.

Sorry, pets are not allowed at the Inn at the Gorge. Children are allowed.

For everyone’s consideration, smoking is not permitted anywhere inside our home or outside on the grounds. A $250 cleaning charge may be applied at our sole discretion as needed to remediate smoke related environmental cleaning.

We are proud to partner with Farm Stand at the Gorge to provide you with what we feel is the freshest and most delicious breakfast available. They use only the finest ingredients and prepare the breakfasts fresh and hot only moments before you enjoy it. Your breakfast will be grown, harvested, prepared and served by people passionate about good food.

We are an outdoor enthusiast friendly B+B. There is secure storage on the property as well as a hose for washing gear. Ask us about our other amenities including our fleet of electric assist cruiser-bikes and full suspension mountain bikes.

Check in time is after 4, check out time is 11am. Earlier check-in and late check-out times may be available upon request pending availability. Guest requiring staffed check-ins after 8PM may incur a late arrival fee; to avoid this fee, please make sure you are familiar with how to self check-in.

The Inn at the Gorge retains credit card information in an encrypted format until 1 week after your check-out. You hereby agree that this credit card information may be used to pay for damages and incidental charges as necessary, and to provide an alternative payment method upon request by Inn at the Gorge staff should the payment method you provide not be fully billable for room-rates, taxes, incidental fees and damages.
